Wearing a bigger pad might feel safer… but here’s the thing I want you to know: it can actually slow your recovery.
Your brain adapts to whatever it feels.
So when you stay in a large pad, your body gets the message, “It’s okay to leak.”
But when you switch to smaller pads, something shifts.
You become more aware.
Your confidence builds.
And your bladder finally starts to retrain the way we want it to. 🌿
So if you’re working on getting your control back, don’t be afraid to downsize.
It’s a small change, but it makes a big difference.
