Prenatal care is important to begin as soon as you find out you’re pregnant. Early prenatal care helps support a healthy pregnancy and gives you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss concerns, and begin important screenings.
Starting prenatal care during the first trimester is ideal—typically before 10 weeks pregnant.
Prenatal care can include many supportive team members.
Choosing your OB provider or midwife is often the first step, but your care team may also include nurses, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, registered dietitians, pelvic floor therapists, doulas, and more.
Every pregnancy is unique, and having the right support can make all the difference. I’d love to be a part of your team—offering additional nurse-led education and support throughout pregnancy + postpartum recovery🤍
