Job Responsibilities:
* Greet, check in/out, and attend to patients.
* Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
* Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Complete accurate documentation of patient phone calls.
* Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
* Collect patient charges.
* Schedule patient appointments in person or by telephone.
* Obtain insurance authorizations.
* Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
* Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
* Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
