Do you have a birth plan? A birth plan can help you figure out what things you want or don't want during and after labor/birth. It can get you thinking about things you may not have even thought about yet or may not have realized is even part of the birthing experience. It also will help to keep everyone involved in your experience up to date on what you want!

While a birth plan isn’t mandatory and, of course, is always subject to change, some parents-to-be find that it helps them feel prepared.
