One of the biggest habits I encourage my patients to change is constantly eating cold foods and iced drinks.

Today I went for my own blood work — because staying healthy isn’t about waiting for symptoms… it’s about paying attention before the body has to scream for help.

Blood work is one of the most valuable tools we have to:

✔️ Prevent bigger issues down the road
✔️ Personalize how we support the body naturally

In Chinese medicine, we don’t guess — we look at the whole picture. Labs give us another lens to understand blood, nourishment, and function at a deeper level.
