Meet Mishka our new service dog, and consider getting an emotional support dog of your own. Properly trained dogs offer a calm and soothing presence along with unconditional love. They offer a distraction from anxious thoughts, help produce neurotransmitters and encourage healthy activities like play and walking outside.
