Serving

Serving others is a blessing and being able to serve doing something you enjoy is even better. We all have a Purpose in Life, so often we forget. My classes include meditation in the beginning and ending with kind words of affirmations. There is also modifications for every level. It is important to make sure everyone feels welcome and a sense of GOOD energy. So let go of expectations and judgements and be the person you were created to be. Experience life on and off your mat.
