We were all like that once--but do not let that stop you! I've got you--fun, happy music and simple choreography are my style. Has it been a while since you worked out--like years? Start with us at YOUR pace--there are NO GRADES in my class. Just feel the music and enjoy! One class is all it takes to fall in LOVE! We have a *beautiful* air conditioned location on the River, just North of Pineda Causeway and South of Grills. It is handicapped accessible (don't let a wheelchair slow you down--you can rock it seated!) There is an ice machine, and I am working on a corral for the kids! :-)

Last night we went to a Freestyle/Disco/80s 🕺💃thing and Staying Alive by the Bee Gees came on...I decided to do a PSA and remind everyone how to do ❤️CPR❤️ if needed!

Yes, I am ALWAYS teaching!

(That is a joke...but also...that is how they teach CPR compressions now....pump to the beat of Staying Alive)

We may have to do that in class...February is heart month after alll...

What are your goals for 2026?

Mine are less tangible and more "upward looking," I guess you can say.

You know, I never have a BAD Zumba class. I can go into class having had a day where I am mad/sad/bummed out, and I can have a class where some choreo slips my mind, or I feel my energy isn't 100% but I always walk out a "new woman!" You need to find this for your life too. What renews and invigorates you?

We get one life on this earth as we journey towards Heaven, so make it count!

Oh, and if you live near Rockledge, Florida...come to Zumba class!

Are you looking for a fun workout that will STICK?

Come and try our Zumba classes!

Sessions are held Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm, Tuesday at 9:30am and 5:45pm and Saturday at 8:30am...all at The Studio at Grove Pointe 4085 Highway 1, Suite 104 in Rockledge.

This location is clean, happy, bright, welcoming and simply a beautiful place to work out. Our community is friendly as we all work together to reach our goals and have fun while doing it!
