There’s something special about seeing doors open at just the right time. Today, our hearts are full of gratitude for new partnerships, new beginnings, and new opportunities at Love INC of Brevard.

One exciting example is our new partnership with Eastern Florida State College. Through this collaboration, our Life Curricula students now have the chance to explore new careers, grow their skills, and even complete their GEDs — opening pathways to brighter futures and even greater hope.

Happy Nurse Practitioner Week ❤️‍🩹 🩺 what a blessed journey I have been on since 2012 as a brand new nurse on A6 Ortho/Trauma/Med Surg it was definitely baptism by Fire but that fire refined me for the journey ahead. I can truly say it is our whole team coming together to serve this community. As I’m seeing patients, my staff is answering phone calls, scheduling patients, calling for STAT tests and working tirelessly on Prior Auths. Instead of any grumbling I have witnessed a team coming together to best serve our patients.

Ohana Family Practice I wanted to take an opportunity to educate the importance of understanding The Healthcare Plans you have available to you. Understanding your plans and your available Network is huge in providing / having access to quality care.
If you have a HMO and would like Ohana Family Practice to be your primary care provider you have the responsibility of contacting your insurance company to select us as your P*P
If you have a PPO/EPO/POS plan you likely do not have to select a P*P however you do still have the responsibility of contacting your insurance company to make sure Ohana Family Practice is within your network.
Tricare patients some plans have to select a PCM (Same as a HMO)

I want to personally express gratitude to Space Coast Vascular Dr A Patel and Dr P Dovgan on their professional support this weekend as we as a family were trying to personally navigate our mom’s health conditions. Health First Radiologist for taking my calls regarding complex imaging. Health First Dr V Patel for taking my calls over the weekend. Dr Cuddy who was ready and available as the on call vascular surgeon. Most importantly the volunteer Pastoral care who in a moment of distress stopped me in my tracks to pray with me.
