Check out how the new Vibro-Acoustical Therapy (VAT) Bed has already made a difference in Sierra’s life:

“When I tried the VAT Bed for the first time, I genuinely had no idea what to expect. But then it happened. I was lying there, listening to what I can only compare to a celestial symphony, being rocked by the vibrations under me in sync with the music. There was a stillness. I felt my nervous system release something it had been holding onto for a very long time. There were tears, a few body shakes, but once I sat in what I was feeling and just felt, I realized I had needed that escape.

Aside from the deep breath of relief my nerves took, my hips felt released and loose as well. I had pain in my hips and lower back before I lay down on the bed for the first time, and when I sat back up, I didn’t notice it. I’m not sure of the exact science behind it, but my body was storing something that I couldn’t get rid of by just talking about it, and the VAT Bed helped me release it in a different way.

Sometimes there are things that even the most self-aware and emotionally in-tune people cannot completely fix on their own, like the visceral body feelings my nervous system experiences when it’s put into protect mode. VAT has had an extremely positive impact on my life. There’s a regulation in my nerves that I didn’t feel before, and although there are still struggles that only time will heal, there’s calm where it once felt like chaos.”

We can't wait to see how the VAT Bed will be able to provide more healing to our members as we expand our services in the new year in partnership with Coastal Wellness.
