Massage isn't just about muscles. It's about energy. When someone touches your body they're not only working with your physical tension but also connecting with your energetic field.

I remember getting massages with the same therapist for a while and feeling good during the massage but within a couple of hours, I would feel irritable, stressed, and overall not great.

Every therapist, just like every one of us, carries their own vibration, emotions, and energetic signature. That's why it is so important to be mindful of who you let touch your energy.

Meet Rena Marvin:

Rena is a counselor with over 30 years experience in private practice. Rena’s passion has always been to help people realize their health potential and to educate and empower her clients to take control of their health and well being in all aspects of their life. Collaborating with practitioners that specialize in Natural Health and who share a philosophy regarding the "wholistic" approach and the mind body connection, Progressive Mind and Body Institute in Stuart, Florida was founded with the goal of treating, educating and empowering clients to achieve harmony, balance and total well being.

Rena utilizes her intuitive abilities to work with clients in identifying their life purpose and resolving trauma as well as clearing emotional blockages through her unique Personal Enlightenment Technique as well as Energy clearing and balancing.

She is an educator of Ancient wisdom teachings as well as a public speaker with a mission to help people connect with their joy and live life to the fullest extent possible.

Recent additions to the practice includes assisting those on maneuvering the twin flame journey and coming into Divine Masculine/Feminine union.
