What a difference a smile can make. This incredible patient came to us with a very deep bite—so deep that his lower teeth completely disappeared when he closed. Cases like this are especially challenging because we need to create space for proper materials while restoring both function and esthetics.

Danielle – 7 years of hard work, versatility, and dedication. From front desk to surgical assistant, she truly does it all.

Kathy – 6 years of solving problems, keeping everything organized, and making the impossible look easy.

Amy – 6 years of leadership at the front desk, helping patients feel welcome while keeping our schedule running like clockwork.

Garrett – 6 years of making sure our office runs safely and efficiently behind the scenes. Our sterilization lab hero.

Morgan – 4 years of exceptional hygiene care and contagious energy that patients absolutely love.

These team members represent the heart of Solid Bite. Their experience, commitment, and care for our patients are what make this practice so special.

Our team is the heart of Solid Bite, and today we’re celebrating two incredible women who have grown alongside our practice.

Amberly has been the welcoming face of our front desk for 8 years, making sure every patient feels cared for and every detail is handled with warmth and organization.

Ashley’s journey is truly special. She started here at just 17 years old and over the past 10 years has grown into one of our top Treatment Coordinators, guiding patients through their care with experience and compassion.

Ten years. Eight years. Countless patients helped.

We are so grateful for the dedication, positivity, and heart Amberly and Ashley bring to Solid Bite every day.

Three years ago, this was just a piece of land… and a dream.

After purchasing this lot, Dr. Furtado and Dr. Matt officially began the journey of building what would become our forever home for Solid Bite. What started as sketches, meetings, and countless decisions quickly turned into one of the most exciting and rewarding projects of our careers.

Today, we are incredibly proud to provide care in a space that reflects our vision — beautiful, state-of-the-art, spacious, and designed with our patients and team in mind. Seeing our staff thrive in this environment and hearing our patients consistently share how comfortable and impressed they are makes every moment of that journey worth it.

Solid Bite was built with one goal: to create a place where advanced dentistry, comfort, technology, and relationships all come together.

We are deeply grateful to the Solid Bite team, our patients, and the Brevard County community for trusting us and allowing us to grow alongside you. We look forward to continuing to serve this amazing community for decades to come.

✨ Blast from the past! ✨

Throwback to one of the most meaningful moments of my life — my white coat ceremony at Tufts. This was the day I officially transitioned from textbooks and long nights of studying to stepping into the clinic and treating patients for the very first time.

Even more special… my father, Dr. Lee Sheldon, had the honor of placing the white coat on me.
A moment I’ll never forget.

That white coat symbolized responsibility, trust, and a commitment to caring for others — values my father has lived by throughout his entire career, and ones I strive to carry forward every day here at Solid Bite.

Grateful for where it started. Even more grateful for where it’s going. 🦷
