That tension in your shoulders? It's not just from sitting at your desk.
Your body stores stress, trauma, and unprocessed emotions in your muscles and tissues. This is why you can feel anxious even when there's "nothing to be anxious about."
Simple somatic release:
Stand up. Gently shake your hands, then your arms, then your whole body for 2 minutes. Let it be messy and uncoordinated.
This is what animals do naturally after stress—they shake it off. Your nervous system knows how to discharge what it's holding. You just have to give it permission.
