My collective influences started from my early child hood and continue to evolve today. From Tae Kwon Do Masters, various strength coaches, football coaches, Professional Body Builders, track coaches, gymnastic coaches, golf coaches and now collaborating with Medical Professionals. I have developed an interesting style of training that I call " DYNAMICS " or FUNCTIONAL DYNAMICS!!!!! WITH A NEW WAY OF LEANING THE BODY WHILE STILL ADDING MUSCLE!!!! I take the extra step as a Personal Trainer by consistently tracking your efforts to ensure you reach your goal. I attended graduate School in Exercise Science with a focus in Strength & Conditioning at Florida Atlantic University. Through that program I worked for the FAU Strength & Conditioning Program as a trainer for student athletes. During college, I was a student athlete at Florida Atlantic University. Through this experience I have learned first hand the dedication it takes to reach a goal and want to help you reach yours. I worked under Pete Bommarito of Bommarito Performance. He is regarded as one of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the industry for his scientifically based approach to sport specific training. I am certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. It is my mission to help you reach your fitness goals while improving your athleticism. Let others give excuses while we obtain results.
