Our Requirements:

You must like cleaning & making customers happy
Must have 6 month previous experience as office cleaner / janitor / housekeeper / maid
Comfortable working alone or in teams
Able to lift 35+ lbs or more as needed
Able to stand, bend and kneel to perform cleaning duties for 8 hours or more
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Able to communicate in English. (Speaking Spanish a plus)
Valid driver's license. Clean driving record
Reliable own working vehicle. Valid auto insurance
Must live no more than 20 miles around Zip Code 32935
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must have Smart Cell Phone with email, data, and GPS location available at all time.
