Provide specimen collection assistance and support to overall event operations including patient flow, responding to requests from clinical staff, and watching for/alerting clinical staff of any observed potential adverse reactions of patients.
Field certified medical assistants, Emergency Medical Technicians need to be dedicated and passionate candidates to act as Test Administers.
The COVID-19 swab test will be administered by the representative in the patient’s location on site. The representative will collect patients information and insurance if available. Ask questions, collect payment and fill out requisition forms. The Covid-19 Screener will get the swab kits, test patients and deliver results to patients.
Candidates will wear PPE suits while administering swabs. PPE and Suits will be provided. Training will be conducted on how to do swabs. Scrubs are required. Closed toe shoes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart AssociationCertified Medical Assistant
(CMA/CCMA) OR Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Concierge experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology Knowledge of Covid-19
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years clinical experience in a health care delivery system Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) unrestricted and in good standing in California.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required
Reading, reasoning skills, problem-solving, oral communication, positive customer contact
Bending, crouching, kneeling, squatting, handling (holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand or hands), fi*****ng (picking, pinching, fine manipulation), prolonged periods of standing
Subject to outdoor weather conditions
Comply with rapid onboarding, background check, paperwork and fit testing protocols
Comfortable working with supplied PPE, and possible exposure to COVID-19
Strong front/ back office experience
Strong billing and coding experience
Checking in/out patients
Insurance verification·

Knows how to speak either Spanish, Arabic, Foreign languages is a plus
