Happy Lunar New Year! It's time to stand strong and move forward with energy and intention as we enter the year of the fire horse.

This pose is familiar to most of us as goddess pose, or utkata konasana. However some other yoga traditions and martial arts refer to this as horse stance, or vatayanasana.

This posture strengthens the legs and opens the hips. It requires core stability that helps improve posture. It also requires a steady focus of the mind and endurance of the body.


Add this pose to your practice, holding through 3 to 5 breaths at a time. Build strength to charge forward towards your goals!

Join us for our Aerial Yoga Teacher Training this June! Whether you’re looking to deepen your personal practice or become a certified aerial instructor, this training is designed to help you grow, explore, and discover your personal strength- inside and out.

Aerial Yoga:

Happy Birthday to Ben!

Our powerhouse instructor who *somehow* always convinces us to enjoy the hard stuff. His energy is contagious, his playlists never miss, and he has a true gift for pushing people past what they thought they could do.

When he’s not making us he’s competing in Highland Games, running races around town, acting, and showing up as a great dad and husband… basically setting the bar unfairly high for the rest of us. 😜

Happy Birthday Brandy!

Brandy is one of our amazing subs for our mama and baby class. She keeps herself busy raising two beautiful boys, being a wonderful wife, showing up for our community whenever needed, and running the most delicious Greek restaurant in West Melbourne. You seriously have to check out Spiros Taverna in Hammock Landings!

But what people love most about Brandy isn’t just what she accomplishes; it’s her heart and the way she makes everyone around her feel supported.

The Vagus Nerve is the longest nerve in your body. It runs all the way from your brainstem, down your neck, to the heart and lungs, and through your digestive organs.

Talk about important! 🫁🧠🫀

Through specific movement and deep breathing, yoga allows us to take our health into our own hands and "tone" the Vagus Nerve- creating optimal balance inside the body.

✍️Benefits of Vagal Toning:

Regulates heart rate
Aids in digestive function
Helps control the rate and depth of breath
Monitors blood pressure
Influences immune response
Communicates information from the gut to the brain
Prevents feeling run down or stuck in low energy

⏱️Now on Wednesdays 6:00am–7:00am

Practicing in a heated room, we'll greet the morning together with light hearts, deep breaths, and lots of laughter.

This class is challenging and athletic, yet truly All Levels, with progressions and modifications, so ALL of us can show up and feel accomplished in our own bodies.

Finish a full practice before the sun rises and walk into your day feeling already accomplished.

Bring a mat. Bring water. Bring an early morning smile. We'll bring the community, sweat, and fun.🙂
