Yesterday we learned the correct form for our wheel pose and today it's time to show them off! Open your heart at some point today and tag us when you do. 😊💛

Benefits of Wheel Include:

1) Relieves tightness in the chest, shoulders, and front body
2) Strengthens arms, shoulders, wrists, glutes, and legs
3) Improves spinal flexibility and back-body mobility

Did you catch our backbend workshop over the weekend? If wheel pose is on your yoga goals list, here’s a quick breakdown of the form cues that make all the difference. ✨

Working on a solid form allows you to build strength, stability, and confidence in the pose- while preventing injury or strain. Always listen to your body. 🙏

Focus on:
Hand and feet distance
Lifting your hips high to the sky
Engaging your core
Ribs pressing up and forward (this one)
Relaxing your head, shoulders and glutes
Internally rotating your thighs

And your muscle memory will be there before you know it. We’ll see you on Wheel Wednesday. 😉
