Here’s a little bit about her:
“I first met yoga at one of the lowest points in my life about 5 to 7 years ago andwhen I quit drinking it helped me recenter. It had always sparked my curiosity, but back then it became my lifeline. Yoga gave me a way to breathe through the heaviness, rebuild my strength, and find confidence within my body again along with now giving me access to everyday tools for the mind and body.
Over the years I’ve taken classes, workshops, and retreats as resources to deepen my own practice. It hasn’t been an easy road, but every step has taught me to stay a student of life and of myself.
Yoga has been a constant source of growth, grounding, and love, especially in moments I felt alone. It’s guided me back home to myself and inspired me to complete my 200-hour RYT training, so I can share this practice and empower others on their own journey.”
