We didn't want to own a business.
Entrepreneurship was never part of our plan.
But we refused to be part of a broken healthcare system.
A system that failed people every single day.
I still remember our conversation, sitting there after just relocating to Massachusetts, knowing we couldn’t stay in the standard PT industry.
“What if we just did it ourselves?”
That was the moment Refined was born.
We didn't know what we were doing.
We just believed people deserved better care and were willing to do whatever it took to give it to them.
No road map.
No back up plan.
No safety net.
Just the two of us, ready to go all in and refusing to fail.
We started mobile—treating people in their homes.
Then a corner of a CrossFit gym. ( 🤍)
Then a private room inside a powerlifting facility. ( 🫶)
Then our first 900 sq ft clinic.
One step at a time.
We hired our first team member.
Then three more of the best clinicians in the country.
And the vision grew-
not just to deliver unparalleled care, but to build a place where exceptional PTs could thrive.
And tomorrow we open the doors to our brand new facility.
A space we’ve envisioned from that first conversation.
A space we've spent countless hours designing and building.
