When Sarah first came to see us, she was navigating menopause-related pelvic floor concerns and hip pain that were starting to impact how she moved and felt in her workouts.
Sarah has been consistent with barre for years, building a strong foundation, but knew it was time to safely incorporate strength training; especially to support bone health and long-term resilience through menopause.
