With the community transmission of COVID decreasing, and the level of cold, flu, and RSV cases tending down, we are discontinuing the mask requirement in the studio. If you wish to continue wearing a mask, please let us know, and we will be happy to wear one as well. As always, our client's comfort and safety are our top concerns. We will continue monitoring data, and will reinstate the mask policy if we feel it is in everyone's best interest.

WE ARE REINSTATING OUR MASK POLICY
Until further notice we will require all clients and therapists to wear a mask during their entire time in the studio including throughout your entire session. The CDC has issued a strong recommendation to Massachusetts as well as other New England states to reinstate masking in public places and places with close contact due to the recent upsurge in cases of COVID, Cold, Flu, and RSV. This surge is expected to get worse in the coming weeks. We and our clients still continue to be in close contact for long periods of time and in the interest of keeping us all as safe as possible we are reversing our policy until further notice. The studio is going to have more availability to serve new and existing clients! Helena has added hours to her schedule, and will have more availability to see clients starting November 2nd. Her new schedule will be Wednesday and Thursday from 1 PM to 9 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and every Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Labor Day has passed, and the summer activities have dwindled away. Though the effects of those activities are different from sitting at a desk all day, they still have consequences for your body. Why not get your body in a good state to end out the summer and move into the fall? Come in and get a massage with us. We have the knowledge and training to work on those muscles that only get used during the summer just as effectively as those you strain while staring at your work monitor. We've gone live with the Client Portal!!! We've worked diligently to get the new client portal ready to make our existing and future clients' experience the best that it can be. We've heard from a lot of you how much you like our online booking capability. Well, we're sure that you are going to like the new site even better!! Some of the features that we think you will particularly like are that you can now search by therapist not just by the service. On the new site you will select a service and then select the duration of the service instead of choosing the service specific to it's duration. Additionally you will be able to see your previous and upcoming appointments from your own dashboard. We know you are going to love this and we look forward to your feedback!

We've got a great upgrade to announce!! We will be rolling out the Client Portal and App on Monday August 29. The new portal will allow clients to book their appointments online with a slicker more user friendly interface. Some of the new features are the ability to search for services and book appointments by therapist in addition to by service alone and the ability to see your past appointments as well as your upcoming appointments. In addition we will be adding new features in the upcoming months to allow you to better manage your appointments and interactions with the studio. Along with the new features we will be implementing the requirement for new and existing clients to enter a credit card to associate with their records at the studio. The credit card will be stored by Square, our payment processing vendor. It won't be used to charge your service unless you choose to, but will be a safeguard for the studio when our cancellation policy is violated. We would like to update our community on an exciting addition coming to our practice. In an effort to provide our clients with the widest selection of massage treatments, we are currently researching the addition of CBD to our offerings. There are many products and applications for CBD in massage and we are doing our due diligence to ensure that we can utilize CBD in the most effective manner possible. We anticipate that will be providing CBD as an additional treatment in the fall or early winter. We will continue to update our followers as we near and fully implement CBD in our practice.
