This week! Enter the holiday season free from tension, mindful and holistically sound with Paula at Roll, Release, Restore — November Focus: Shoulders, Chest & Arms.
We will be targeting the upper body—areas that often carry tension from daily life, posture, and stress. Through guided myofascial release using Tune Up Fitness massage tools, you’ll soften tightness, open the chest, and restore ease and freedom in the shoulders and arms. You'll also receive an instructional handout that includes access to a video to practice release techniques at home. Take time to unwind and restore mobility where you need it most. Instructor Paula Keck is a certified myofascial release practitioner and experienced yoga & movement instructor. Cost: $20. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 6:30-7:30PM.
