☘️ Thank You!

The inaugural Melrose St. Patrick’s Day 5K - Run for the Gold! was a tremendous success, with over 400 runners and walkers coming together for a memorable community event.

From the sea of green to the festive St. Patrick’s Day spirit throughout, the great energy was truly incredible. It was wonderful to see so many people of all ages out enjoying the morning and celebrating together.

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who participated, volunteered, sponsored, and helped make the event run so smoothly. A special thank you to the Melrose Knights of Columbus, and the Melrose Running Club for their support and volunteers on race day.

We are proud to have been part of such a meaningful and spirited event, and we look forward to continuing this tradition in the years ahead.

We’ve just reached 250 registered runners with a little over a week to go. Thank you to everyone in the community who has already signed up, the enthusiasm has been incredible!

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, registration increases to $40 on Saturday, so now is a great time to sign up.

We’re also thrilled to announce that the O'Shea Chaplin Academy of Irish Dance will be performing at the post-race awards ceremony, adding some wonderful Irish flair to the celebration.

It’s shaping up to be a fantastic morning of community spirit, running, and celebration in Melrose — all in support of the Knights of Columbus. We hope to see you there! 🍀🏃‍♂️
