Don’t worry guys - we replaced her implants with silicone implants🤍

But this is what a deflated saline implant looks like!

So… why does this happen?

Over time, saline implants can naturally wear down. Small tears can cause the implant to leak, leading to visible deflation.

The good news: a ruptured saline implant is not dangerous and not considered a medical emergency. Since it’s filled with saline, your body safely absorbs the fluid.

That said, the breast WILL deflate - so surgery is needed to remove or replace the implant and restore symmetry.
