Peace love and light Fit Family I am so excited to be starting this new weight loss journey with you all! This challenge won't be easy but it most certainly will be worth it! Since having baby number 4 in September of 2020 I've gained over 20 pounds. I AM going to smash this challenge and loose this weight; by doing so I hope to encourage you all to do the same!
To begin we will drink a Gallon of water of day which is equivalent to 8 bottles of water! ( the amount of water 1 is to drink a day)
These are the rules...
No breads
No Red Meats
No Processed Sugars
No Junk food
No Seafood such as crabs, lobster and shrimp (these are your bottom feeders and will cause you to have parasites, the goal is to cleanse and detox all harmful substances)
No Sodas
No Pasta (our grains will be wild rice, black rice and quinoa)
No Fast Food
No Dairy.
If you need a grocery list Size18to8 website have 1 for $5.00 it consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner foods as we'll as vegan options. ( the grocery list is just an option for those who may need it 🤗)
