We can all breathe a sigh of relief! 🤣

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends limiting caffeine to 200 mg per day or less during pregnancy. During breastfeeding, the American Academy of Pediatrics considers up to 300 mg per day generally safe, since only a small amount passes into breast milk.
