Memphis Goju-Ryu Karate Do Classical Okinawan Goju-ryu Karate, we meet every Monday & Thursday from 6:30- 8:00pm Welcome to Memphis Goju-Ryu Karate Do, a proud extension of the Shindokan.

We are an adult karate club (13yrs and older) utilizing a practical and pragmatic approach to overcome common everyday threats. We strive to preserve the art Okinawan Goju-ryu that has been researched, refined, and tested for hundreds of years. Our goal is to develop and strengthen the mind, body, and spirit through diligent practice.
