Try this Bird-Dog Exercise to activate your core:
1️⃣ Start on all fours
2️⃣ Extend right arm and left leg
3️⃣ Hold for 3–5 seconds, then switch
Repeat 10 reps each side
This improves balance, strengthens your back, and helps prevent re-injury.
