I really need to come back and post more on my page. I think it became more of a task rather than something I enjoy because, I was trying to constantly find facts and things to post rather than my own genuine thoughts. I thought it wouldn’t “look good” to post about ol regular everyday life.
Also, not all of my family knows that I have Bipolar 2 disorder. So, I feel like I can’t even share my page.
Le sigh, I’m gonna give it a try and forget about the rest. 🥰

This is something I’ve always tried to create with my platform. It’s why I have open discussions about taboo things and subjects that may be stigmatised in hopes to normalise and provide a space for those who follow me to not feel alone.
