Caitlin joined the FlexWorx family in 2022 as a brand-new Nurse Practitioner, and it didn’t take long for her to make a lasting impact. From day one, her strong work ethic, dedication to her patients, and commitment to excellence have stood out.

In May of this year, Caitlin was promoted to Lead Nurse Practitioner of FlexWorx - a role she has embraced with incredible organization, leadership, and professionalism. She leads by example, always putting patient care first while supporting her team with the same dedication.
