My lifelong interest in health and fitness along with training from the Massage Institute of Memphis has led me into a message therapy practice specializing in whole body revitalization for clients engaged in today's active lifestyles. I specialize in Swedish Massage, deep tissue work, and sports massage with have additional training in myofacial release, pregnancy massage, and relaxation therapy

. In addition to being nationally certified and locally licensed I have a degree in Biology from the University of Mississippi and I am an Air Force veteran.
