My lifelong interest in health and fitness along with training from the Massage Institute of Memphis has led me into a message therapy practice specializing in whole body revitalization for clients engaged in today's active lifestyles. I specialize in Swedish Massage, deep tissue work, and sports massage with have additional training in myofacial release, pregnancy massage, and relaxation therapy. In addition to being nationally certified and locally licensed I have a degree in Biology from the University of Mississippi and I am an Air Force veteran.
