We are growing and exited about the quality services we provide. As a House Manager you will supervise the provision of assistance to person(s) served in order to promote their physical, social, and psychological well being. Monitor and ensures staff follow agency procedures to promote optimum safety practices to provide a safe environment. Monitor and ensures staff completes all documentation as required to ensure quality services. Prepare and post schedules in a timely manner, and efficiently utilizes staff. Prepare meals, medical appointments, activity schedules etc. Provide supervision and care to residents. Use of a Hoyer Lift required. Complete and maintains all required State mandated trainings such as Medication Administration, Information and Training Specific to the Person, CPR, First Aid. Relias Training a plus.

My Faith Inc is seeking dedicated direct support professionals to support and assist individual who are elderly and or have a disability or other barriers in a residential home setting. The ideal candidate will provide personal care, cooking, cleaning, transportation out into the community, and etc.. Staff will be expected to maintain day to day documentation and ensure safety of the individuals at all times. CPR, Medication Administration, and Relias preferred, but will train the right candidates. Located in zip code 38116, near Stateline Rd. and 38115 near Wi******er.

10pm-6AM and Weekends 6AM-6PM

We provide COVID 19 education and PPE.

My Faith Inc has a new Alcohol and Drug Screening program and is seeking to contract with a Doctor of Medicine (MD), doctor of osteopathy (DO), physician assistant (PA), advanced practice nurse (APN), or Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) to preform DOT physicals. This position is great for an individual who is looking to start their own business or increase their current clientele. Office space provided. Physician will have access to housebound clients if needed.

Experience working with I/DD population. Ralias Training a plus. Assist individuals who have disabilities with activities of daily living within the home, assisting members within the community with various social setting or work settings. Must have reliable transportation. Valid Drivers License .Will provide training. 9:25 hr. Weds and Fridays 10am - 6pm
