Today, on World Mental Health Day, I invite you to pause and reflect:
💭 What lie have you believed that’s shaped your story for too long?
In therapy, one of my favorite things to do is help people identify and confront the lie—because true healing begins when we replace deception with Truth.
And the only absolute Truth is God’s Word.
🕊️ Healing begins when we confront the lie with Truth.
🕊️ Freedom begins when we renew our minds with the Word of God.
Let’s live anchored in Truth—not just today, but every day. 💚
Oh and by the way ..if you have not accepted Jesus- repent, believe and receive Him today..He is the only Way to God.

✨ Many people look to tools like the Enneagram for identity and self-understanding, but Scripture warns us to test everything against the Word of God (1 Thessalonians 5:21–22). The Enneagram has roots not in the Spirit of Truth, but in mysticism and occult practices that point us away from Christ.
💥The Bible says, “See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ” (Colossians 2:8).
💥When our identity is found in numbers or personality labels rather than in being sons and daughters of God through Christ Jesus, we open the door to deception. Only God, who knit us together (Psalm 139:13–14), has the authority to define who we are.
⚔️ Let’s not give space to the counterfeit when the Creator Himself has already given us truth and identity in Him.

Do you feel like no one understands you? Have you experienced loss? Are you feeling angry, frustrated, defeated, sad from painful experiences you have had? Are you feeling stressed out or struggling with decision-making? Do you know someone who seems stressed, burdened by life’s challenges and have not felt safe to talk about it with anyone? Have you experienced something painful in your life and pretend that everything is ok? This ‘thing’continues to rear its head suddenly and uncontrollably in your life, your sleep and in your relationships and perhaps you have considered counseling but feel fearful.
It takes a lot of strength to seek out a therapist or to even consider the word counseling or therapy. Allow me to normalize for you- therapy is ok and it’s not a bad word! It’s ok to seek out counseling and it does not mean something is wrong with you. I believe positive change can happen for you! I believe that therapy should and must allow clients to develop a new perspective about themselves and situations and have a safe space to feel vulnerable to process difficult topics, move through pain and eventually achieve desired outcomes.
I look forward to serve you, to be present with you, to listen and help you process that as well as challenge you.
I am certified to provide Trauma-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with children and adolescents (ages 10 to 17) and I do serve students, young adults and adults. I assure you that I will provide therapy in a way that allows clients to feel empowered, increasingly confident, inspired and stronger. I intend to utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing techniques to help facilitate change.
I am available for evening appointments and will also offer concierge services as indicated. I am licensed in TN and MS and lastly, Christ-Centered counseling is available if requested and applicable.
