Here are some easy ways to give back:

1️⃣ Become a patient! Let us give you the care you need in the way you want.

2️⃣ Volunteer! We could always use the help, and we have a lot of fun :)

3️⃣ Attend cool events! Like our repro themed tattoo flash event from last year, or find us tabling at events around the Memphis and Carbondale communities!

4️⃣ Donate! We are always grateful for our donors, especially during hard times like these.

5️⃣ Follow us on social media! Share our posts with your friends and on your stories to help spread the word!

6️⃣ Buy merch! I personally have my eyes on the “Support Local Female 0rgasms” baby tee and the “Blues, Barbecue, Bodily Autonomy” mug…

2016 feels like a lifetime ago!

Since then, CHOICES has grown in so many ways!

We’ve…
•moved into the big green building we all know and love
•opened a clinic in Carbondale, IL
•launched our birth center and midwifery services
•kept going despite the overturning of Roe v. Wade
and so much more!
