Since 1987, Dr. Coplon has served the greater Memphis Community in the healthcare profession. She received her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Memphis and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Her concentration in her Doctoral Program focused on Preservation of Kidney Function in Primary Care. She had the opportunity to work under the leadership of the region’s leading nephrologists, endocrinologists, women’s health and pediatric specialists. Dr. Coplon is an active member in The National Kidney Foundation, The Memphis Area Breastfeeding Foundation and holds Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care. She has received many awards including finalist for The Memphis Healthcare Heroes Awards, numerous academic scholarships, and nephrology consultant for The Clinic Adviser. Hope Primary Care is a fee-based, customer-centered healthcare practice which also accepts most insurances. She is dedicated to caring for and treating the entire family. She appreciates every person as being “fearfully and wonderfully made”. They have five children and five grandchildren.
