Home health Registered Nurse positions available.
We are looking for home health RN Case Managers in Shelby county.
Requirements:
2 years of nursing experience
1 year of home health care experience
BSN is preferred, but not required
Must have proficiency with all nursing skills relative to home health care, including Picc/IV Care, wound care to include use of wound vacs, trach care, peg care. Looking for someone with excellent time management and problem solving skills who can see up to 8 patients a day within a reasonable distance. Must be an early riser and well organized.
Work day is 8-5, M-F
On-call is rotated
Paperwork must be submitted daily
Benefits:
Visit rate and oasis rate negotiable.
Comprehensive online and classroom training
Up to 2K sign on bonus after 90 days with $250 per quarter thereafter until new contract is negotiated.
$.58 per mile
Benefits: Insurance, PTO, continuing education reimbursement.

FIHC is seeking a home health RN Floater for Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton counties
Requirements:
2 Years of home health experience
Oasis proficiency is a must
BSN preferred
Proficiency with all nursing skills relative to home health care, including:
Picc/IV care
Wound care, to include use of wound vacs
Trach care
Peg care

We are looking for someone with excellent time management and problem solving skills who can see up to 8 patients a day within a reasonable distance. Must be an early riser and well organized. Must be able to train on boarding staff and provide clinical assistance in the field. Mentoring/orientation will be main job functions as new staff is hired. Will receive assignments daily and report to office at the beginning and end of every work day. Work day is 8-5 M-F. On-call is rotated and will be required for nights and weekends. Paperwork turned in daily
Car provided. 2K sign on bonus after 90 days and $250 quarterly bonus thereafter until new contract is negotiated.
