Treat yourself to the ultimate February boost!

Jumpstart your journey with our 30-day fitness adventure! Explore it all: connect with a personal trainer, join dynamic small groups, energize with team training, unwind in yoga, and enjoy full access to our open gym.

Here’s how to get started:

Option 1: Text Natalie at 901-610-6532 to get started.

Option 2: Book a 30-minute session with us and enjoy a complimentary InBody scan while we guide you through everything we offer.

Option 3: Download our app: East Memphis Athletic Club. Click on “Bookings,” pick a class you want to try, and when the system asks you to choose a package, select the 30-Day February Fitness option.

Have you tried Bungee yet? If you are ready to take things up a notch, meet Yoonie. She is READY to launch you into new heights, guiding you through thrilling combinations that will push your limits.

Now is your moment to defy gravity and fall in love with your workout!

Bungee is resistance training with a twist, focusing on core strength. It is pure fun, extremely effective, and promises to be the highlight of your day.

Level 1: Start your journey here. Master the basics and boost your confidence. On average, you will burn 350 calories in just 30 minutes. We set aside an hour for Level 1 (15 minutes to get everyone harnessed, 30-40 minutes for the class, and 10 minutes for sit-ups and a cool down).

Level 2: This 45-minute session turns up the intensity. Learn dynamic moves like the star, C shape, springs, take-offs, and the front bullet. You got this!

Level 3: Get ready to move both backward and forward, going non-stop for 30 minutes. Discover new moves like the back bullet, back shoot, and our latest addition, the parachute. It is truly amazing!

You can check Friday’s schedule on the app. Yoga Sculpt is canceled this week, but if you haven’t tried it yet, sign up for next week’s class. It’s a great experience you won’t want to miss!
