Hey guys Mamba is coming up and we could use a few more volunteers. There will be a 100 miler/100K/50k/25K. It was so much fun to be out there last year! We could use the following shifts:
1. 6am to 12pm Saturday, November 9
2. 12pm-6pm Saturday as well.

Hope to see you there and can’t wait to cheer on (and feed) all the brave souls doing the race💗

Happy New Year everyone!! Wanted to invite you to come see us at Apex PT if you have any physical therapy needs!! I am in the same location on Houston Levee and Wolf River I have been for the last several years. Smaller, more intimate space with more time for hands on PT and diagnostic PT (looking into the biomechanics of why you might be getting injured or what is holding you back from getting better).

Other specialties include: TMJ, dance medicine, dry needling, movement disorders, myofascial treatment, mobility assessment and manual stretching, post-op rehab, return to sport rehab, and, my personal favorite, “keep me running” rehab! 💗💗💗💗
