Our focus is to improve the healthcare industry by providing exceptional talent and processes that motivate current healthcare professionals and attract new talent to the industry. While our primary focus is nursing we support healthcare clients by recruiting and staffing various positions, i.e. Physicians, RN, APRN, Pharmacist, RT's and various support personnel including ST, CNA's, MA, etc. We develop sustainable programs through community partnerships that focus on fixing the problem vs providing a patch. Our approach is to meet the immediate needs of the client and candidate but we work tirelessly developing strategies to keep nurses and other specialist and support staff in the field and bolster interest generating activities that attract students to those professions. We do this with a particular focus on getting students and other nurses excited about jobs primarily in Critical Care, Surgery and various outpatient settings.
