Joint Alert on Broselow Rainbow Tape: ASHP joined with the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) and the Pediatric Pharmacy Association (PPA) to call for action needed to address incorrect dosing information in the calculation basis section of the Broselow Rainbow Tape, which has been recalled.
