Most people stretch their lower back — but forget their mid-back.
Stiff mid-back = poor posture + neck strain.
Try this:
👉 Sit or stand tall
👉 Cross arms over chest
👉 Slowly rotate your torso side to side
👉 Keep hips facing forward
Do 10 slow rotations each direction.
Better mobility here = less strain everywhere else.
