Today we pause to remind ourselves and our community that help is always just three numbers away: 9-8-8.

From an Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy (EABT) perspective, reaching out is more than a crisis call—it’s an act of connection. Many of us learned early to hide our pain or handle it alone. But healing begins when we step out of isolation and let someone else join us in the moment.

I’m excited to share a couple of upcoming opportunities related to Emotional Attachment Behavioral Therapy (EABT):

🔹 Weekend Intensive for Individuals in Recovery
Next month, I’ll be offering a 2-day EABT intensive designed specifically for those in active recovery. This program will provide practical tools for understanding attachment patterns and how they influence recovery, relationships, and long-term emotional health.

🔹 Heal the Healer Workshop for Therapists
In October, I’ll be hosting a 2-day professional workshop focused on self-care and renewal for clinicians. This training also includes Ethics CEUs through NAADAC.
