MHR Memphis

MHR Memphis Mental Health Resources in Memphis, TN provides hospital diversion partial hospitalization program (

Our mental health PHP & IOP provide treatment for people suffering from moderate to severe levels of depression, trauma, and anxiety that is interfering with daily functioning, such as work performance, relationships, health, etc. Many of our patients are feeling helpless, hopeless and have thoughts of su***de. The co-occurrence of substance use and psychiatric disorders is the norm, not the exception, for those addicted to alcohol &/or drugs. In fact, psychological research has shown that people exposed to stress are more likely to engage in drug and alcohol abuse, continue using, or to experience a relapse. This means that for a successful recovery, both the addiction and the mental health issues must be adequately treated. Mental Health Resources recognizes the challenges of living with a Chronic Pain condition. We offer manualized, Chronic Pain skills training for individuals who are suffering with medical pain in addition to mood or addiction problems. Routine medication management is available for all MHR clients who do not yet have an existing provider.
