Join us this Spring for Table Thai Rx : Hip, Knee and Ankle. Thai massage is a dynamic system of bodywork that combines acupressure with joint movement and stretching. The Thai Massage techniques presented in this class focus on energizing and restoring balance to the hip and lower extremities. Students will learn Table Thai protocols for treating common hip and lower extremity dysfunctions that result from chronic muscle tension and restricted movement patterns such as hip and knee replacement recovery, piriformis syndrome and plantar fasciitis.

Our next Seated Ashiatsu class is in April 2026. This is a Level 1 class for no previous classes or experience required to learn how to use your lower body and your feet to provide firm pressure to the upper body prone AND supine positions!

It was the last class of the year on the coldest day of the year and we were standing on heating pads to warm up our feet for Seated Barefoot Massage! Thanks for a great two days of training everyone!
