Call for Readers!!!!

We’re looking for folks who want to share the awful, the embarrassing, the hilarious, the little bit naughty, the cringy moments from childhood and the teen years (even college!) at this Dear Diary reading night at Cooper House Project.

What we’re looking for:
• Diary entries from childhood, adolescence, or early college (the more cringe-worthy, the better!)
• Readers willing to share live at the event
• A sense of humor and a love of storytelling

Bonus: The mic will also be open for audience members to drop in, so there’s room for spontaneous confessions too!

If you’d like to be a featured reader, DM us your diary excerpt or a short description of what you’d like to share. Let’s turn our past selves into a night of laughter, nostalgia, and connection. You do not have to consider yourself a writer, a comedian, or a performer to participate. All genders welcome to share.
