✨ Today marks 90 days since I got back on track with my health and wellness journey!
90 days with no sugar.
90 days treating sugar like the drug it was for me.
90 days sober.
90 days of choosing to work for my body instead of against it.
And WHEW… I feel better than I have in years!! 🙌
(Okay… minus that little detour with Flu B and the God awful cough 😅)
Back in August 2019, I was at my heaviest. I worked hard and lost 83 pounds. Then life happened… I had a baby, gained weight back, and struggled to get back on track.
But today I’m proud to say I kept going.
💪 I’m now 89 pounds down from my highest weight
💪 And 43 pounds down since January 2026
This journey hasn’t been perfect, but it has been worth it. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that it’s never too late to start again. Small choices every day add up to big change.
Here’s to discipline, healing, and becoming the strongest version of myself. If you’re struggling or starting over, keep going. You are capable of more than you think. ❤️
