We had a great day at church yesterday with our medical mission team. We introduced ourselves to the church by specialty and answered questions. I represented respiratory therapy and cpr instruction. The ones who were the most interested in my table were the little ones. ( I mean I have dolls! Why wouldn’t the little ones want to see!) They attempted compressions and although, of course, they didn’t get it, they asked lots of great questions and showed interest. I’m looking forwarded to seeing them in a few years in a class. They’re going to do great!

Cheryl with CPR Choice makes great videos. The best way to ensure you’re ready in case of an emergency is to do hands on practice in an actual class. I have two spring classes coming soon.

Great video tutorial on how to handle a child choking event. In cpr classes we are now teaching updated material which includes back blows along with the abdominal thrusts. In class hands-on is the best teacher! Be prepared for an emergency and be a life saver!

In honor of the big game this weekend we are playing dramatic big game music for the reel 🤣. This class was full of CPR champions. They were all there because they wanted to learn and did a great job. This always makes the class more fun. What a fantastic class! 🏈❤️🎉 💕

Would you sleep outside if it’s 20 degrees? Why would you make them? Bring them in! Even if it’s the laundry room or garage, please don’t leave them out.
