Our Memphis Physical Therapy team had the incredible honor of touring St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It was an experience that leaves you changed in the best way.
The courage we witnessed and the hope that fills those halls left us truly inspired.

And we’re taking that inspiration straight into the upcoming St. Jude Marathon!
Every mile we run will be fueled by the strength of the kids and families at St. Jude.

Here’s to running with purpose, serving with heart, and carrying the spirit of St. Jude with us wherever we go.

🍁🍂 It’s officially Fall, y’all! 🍂🍁

Pumpkins are heavy, leaves don’t rake themselves, and let’s be honest… walking through a corn maze is basically cardio.

Here are your PT-approved Fall tips:
- Warm up before raking (your back will thank you!)
- Bend with your knees when lifting that prize pumpkin
- Take “leaf pile jumping” seriously—stretch first!
- Go for those crisp fall walks… hot cider is the reward.

Keep moving, stay cozy, and don’t let the season sneak up on your joints! 🍂💪

Big Congratulations to Evan!
