Late Night Post ✨
Lately I’ve been tapping into songs for powerful voices. I love soft singers and while I can, my voice naturally takes the front seat when I let it be free. Cynthia is one of those singers whose voice just doesn’t belong in the back. And I love that. This song pulls everything I feel out of me- a great channel for vulnerability.

It is in the moment where there is so much that could be said, yet silence is most befitting.

Words have truly become so limiting to my vast space of existence. I’d rather sit and listen.

Not to what the world has to say, but to what the silence of it’s existence has been saying all along. It’s motionless picture.

It can be a bit of a challenge to hear nothing when everyone is striving to be the loudest.

So I give myself three bowls of wisdom: One for my head, one for my heart, and one for my feet.

To strengthen my connection, heal my center, and secure my placement. When I’m struggling to see the truth, I journey deep down into my basement.

Today equals 1/3 of my 90 Day Breath-work Journey Completed! How has doing breath-work (consistently):
• It has helped me get back to my WHY in everything that I am cultivating space for.
• This new routine has given me non-negotiable resistance to the habits, ideals, and cycles I have outgrown. In place, it has given me an urgency to transmute what is no longer serving me.
• My bounce back from fear based thoughts and decisions has become quite expodiscious.

Feel Through This Full Moon Energy with some breath-work to ease the tension. In this video, we are using a Kundalini breathing technique that involves twisting the core from left to right. Inhale on the left. Exhale on the right. With the eyes closed, direct your gaze between the eyebrows. See where it takes you!

The Benefits of 5 min. Breathwork

The Breath is the Chi 🔑 To Raising Your Frequency. ⚡️
During this session, Tia and I journeyed through a few breathing techniques to clear our mind and ground ourselves. After Breathwork, you can expect to feel a sense of clarity in the headspace, out of body, light weight, unbothered (centered), and meditative. These are just a few sensations. I encourage you to try this breath for 1 minute and see how you feel afterwards.

Scorpio moms were not made for the faint of heart. I got mine from the holy temple of an Aries. And even they aren’t made for the faint of heart. 😂 You get the pattern. We all walking round here with some strong ass hearts until we remember that strength is in softening, healing (facing ourselves), and evolving. We may not walk the same path, yet you’ve not left my side. I love you Ma. Thank you for just being here and being you. I learn so much just by watching you move. Thank you for the sacred reflection. I’m so proud of you and grateful to be chosen by the m***a I chose. Thank you for grace, support, forgiveness, and every bit of effort you make towards being your highest vibration. I just wanna give Thanks once more to and Skybox Kenny for a great time last Wednesday at Make Art Great Again: Solar Plexus Edition. It felt empowering to be vulnerable and share truth with all who attended. I’m abundantly grateful for for one of my favorites gifts to receive: Flowers 💐. Thank you for seeing me and getting IT. I also am grateful to have shared this experience with 🤍✨ . I’m proud of us and I pray for the continuation of the unfolding along both of our journeys. May we see it, honor it and stay true. 🙏🏽🫶🏽
