Last week, Dr. Brian Farrell from Paducah, KY, joined Dr. Chad Campion in Memphis for a day full of Endoscopic Spine! Technology Specialist, Jason Crivello, accompanied Dr. Farrell during three Endoscopic Spine case observations with Dr. Campion, followed by a hands-on cadaveric lab covering a Medial Branch Transection and Interlaminar Discectomy using Arthrex's Minimal Invasive Endoscopic Spine Techniques.

Team One hosted a successful Shoulder Arthroscopy Lab with the Campbell Clinic Residents focusing on SLAP repair and Biceps Tenodesis at our newly renovated Memphis office.

Arthrex Memphis Foot & Ankle Manager Matt Smith conducted a comprehensive in-house rep training for new hires. This training provided an invaluable opportunity for our young reps to gain hands-on experience with sawbones, trays, and products.

Last week, Arthrex Memphis hosted an in-house rep training focusing on our new Synergy Power System. Regina Burnette (I&R Regional Director) and Mckenzie Reynolds (Power Product Manager) provided best practices and an in-depth product review. The training consisted of a didactic session, as well as hands-on practice in the lab.

Several Arthrex Memphis representatives had the opportunity to attend the Mid-South & South Atlantic Foundations Forum at Arthrex Headquarters this week in Naples, FL. This is an extremely engaging meeting for our Technology Specialists and Consultants to gain an deeper understanding of our company culture and the value we provide through Education, Innovation, and Representation.

Our Memphis lab has been under expansion recently, but is back up and running!

Last week, Team One hosted Campbell Clinic's Dr. Jake Weller and Elliot Konrade, PGY5, with physician lead instruction from Dr. Tyler Brolin, for a shoulder wet lab. They were able to get a deep dive into Biceps Tenodesis and Rotator Cuff Repair techniques, along with Shoulder Arthroplasty exposure.

Thank you for allowing our team to provide you this service locally. We look forward to hosting more labs in our new space.

Team GNG recently participated in a cadaveric lab at our office with Dr. Colton Norton, exploring TTO and MPFL onlay techniques using Arthrex's Hybrid Knee Fibertaks. It's an honor to offer this service to our surgeons locally, and we thank Dr. Norton for dedicating his time to improving patient outcomes.
