I have completed my 13th Neurofeedback therapy session with Krystle Smith, the most talented and highly skilled Neurofeedback therapist with a heart of gold. I finally feel lead to share my story, it may help others who have gone through this type of horrific nightmare!
When I first met Krystle, I was struggling with the aftermath of some coworkers harassing and bullying me every week for over a year and a half regarding addicts and overdoses which had taken a toll on my mental health. I was distraught had lost confidence in myself and suffered from major depression, severe anxiety, panic attacks and short term memory loss. PSA After doing alot of research, I recommend doing LENS Neurofeedback therapy instead of Biofeedback therapy due to learning about the side effects of the Biofeedback therapy.
